Disappointed - Chelmsford

We ordered this printer as we were not happy about the quality of the photos being printed on our 5 year old Epson. The use of the printer, including setup, was very simple and free from problems. Unfortunately the quality was no better than that from our old printer. The colours all looked as if they had been sepia colourwashed and therefore appeared to have a 'rosy' hue. Furthermore, the first three prints we attempted took around 20 minutes PER PRINT to complete, making a total nonsense of the time given by the manufacturer. We decided that this was totally unacceptable and have exchanged the printer for another slightly more expensive alternative.
