Trustworthy Buy

I put in an extra 512MB SD card giving it a maximum 302 photos at the largest and highest quality photo setting, or 3091 photos at the lowest setting. It also boosts the video recording potential to 43 mins.
The photos are very high quality although slow to take. The interval between pressing the button and the photo being taken seems excessively long.
I was disapointed with the quality of the video recording. Many of the videos I took which include a patch of sky (cloudy sky, not pointing at the sun) became purple, probably something to do with varying lighting conditions. Indoor videos I have made have come out fine.
The battery life is short, but that is to be expected with most digital cameras like this. It takes two normal AA batteries so it is no hardship to carry around a few replacements while out taking photos. Battery life can also be extended by turning off the digital display window and automatic flash.
