The STRDB1070 represents yet another outstandingly specified home cinema amplifier from Sony. Despite its competitive price tag, the Sony boasts full 6.1 audio capabilities, decoding and amplifying the extra rear-centre channel used in an increasing number of movie soundtracks and compatible with existing 5.1 soundtracks thanks to the "virtual 6.1" mode.
The 1070 will also give you a full FM and MW tuner with Radio Data System for easy station navigation, advanced video switching and arrives inside a smart all metal case (with thick aluminium fascia) in a silver finish.
