LX3600D Home Cinema System

It's so good, I'm even watching the DVDs I had seen before purchasing this system.
I also bought set of 4 cheap speaker stands from Argos. The sound is fantastic.
You can even watch your TV programmes through this system in fabulous Dolby Surround.
Amazing......Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT
(5 out of 5) by Dr CM PRADYUMNA on Mar 30, 2004 (India)The philips lx3600d is the perfect system for a small home environment (ROOM MEASURING 15 FEET x 25 FEET), the clarity of output is just superb, the output does not distort with volume even at the max.
Number of preset options are seemingly less but it has not bothered me.
It did not play .WAV file in a CD with mixed kind of formats like .MP3 and .WAV and it did not play .MP3 files in a CD with JPEG and MP3 files. I have not yet figured out why.
I am sure there is some option to choose between the formats.
Otherwise it is an excellent system for its kind of features and pricing.
