I bought this device to protect my TV, DVD and new Blu-ray player, as I was experiencing switching interference from lights, fridge and central heating pump, although these were connected to an earlier but less high spec device. This surge protector seems to have cured the problem and I have noticed a better off-air TV picture. This version (F9G723uk3M-F-GY) is particularly suitable for Home Cinema systems as it contains gold plated satellite aerial connections and gold plated co-axial aerial connections and comes complete with interconnecting leads with gold plated connectors. It also has phone line connections. The construction is excellent, very easy to install - just plug everything in as necessary and the dark gray colour is unobstrusive.
