Viewsonic v110 range problems

Unlike my 802.11b toshiba PDA and laptop which go anywhere, my Viewsonic V110 advises "low" or "very low" connection through justone wall at a distance of 15-20 feet. No connection is possible. Effectively its a very expensive paperweight. And this is the third replacement. First one would not charge and others same range problem.Have tried replacing my Linksys AP with the supplied USB wireless device -it makes no difference.

You Can Use It Outside

I am now free to roam around my house performing tasks on my pc, I have even been able to take it outside into my back garden and enjoy the sunshine whilst surfing the net. Honestly though this is the best thing I have bought in a long while and I don't know where I’d be without it now. A must buy for anyone who loves gadgets or would like to enjoy the freeness this product provides

SUPERB
(5 out of 5) by Mr Craig S Jackson on Mar 21, 2003Well what can I say this is simply brilliant. You can just wander round your house freely and do your work. I thought at first it would'nt work properly and here I am now typing in the kitchen its simply brill. Get one as soon as you can
