This is an amazing piece of machinery. The head phones supplied are the best and the pop-up thing is very usefull. It can jus abut fit into any pocket and its the best music thing i have every bought ever!!

this minidisc player is brilliant! and the good thing is it is very cheap. i couldnt believe the price for what it is. it is so simple as well, all you have to do is put a minidisc in, attach the digital cord and press record. also, you can fit 360 mins of songs onto one minidisc thanks to LP4.
one word for it 'amazing'. you have to buy it.

I bought an ex-display model of this MiniDisc recorder. I have never used one before this.
SO far I have figured out pretty much all the features. It is very straightforward to use.

I love the long play modes. I have it set to the longest play. As far as I'm concerned, sound degradation is minimal. That's over 5 hours worth of play on one MD.

I'm using a normal line in connector to record with. Sound quality is still great.

The automatic record level is good, but is a little too low for my liking.

The 3 sound modes are excellent.

An added bonus is that Gameboy colour and GBA power adaptors work perfectly with the unit.

Once I figured out the basic functions I found it to be easy to use and a pleasure to listen to.

The sony mzr410 although has a lower playback time to some other sony products it doesnt lack the quality. This product can easily be put into your pocket and taken anywhere with you givin you the freedom to listen to music wherever you go. The download time from computer to mini disc is quick and simple.

i have only just got my model of this and i think it is very good although i still have alot to learn, the only problem i have encountered is that the digital cable supplied does not fit into my computer. so if anybody knows how to connect it to my computer please email me and tell me at
