Decent enough
I have not tried any others as this seemed to get the best reviews. It's not perfect quality but it does the job well!

Great for playing an MP3 player through a car cassette player
If you still have a cassette player in your car then I would recommend this over an FM transmitter> I recently purchased one of these and was disappointed that I could not get it to work properly. There is a slight hiss in the background in between tracks and it does pick up interference occasionally and for this reason I have marked it with 4 stars.

No need for a new sound system now
My son has a car with a cassette/radio. He wanted to buy a new sound system and I suggested he tried this first. He wasn't convinced. (So I bought it for him as a present) We tried it this morning and it was really simple to set up. Once we sorted the volume out (Had to be on full volume in the car to get an average/low volume to start with) it is great. Good sound quality and loud volume without distortion. I think to start with it was that underwater thing that I had read about in other reviews. I just kept putting the rewind on and it clicked into full volume. Would recommend it to all with cassette players and no cassettes.

The Judge
The Sony product is excellent. Price was most competitive and delivery was, as usual, prompt.

excellent product
Bought an old car with a dual CD/cassette factory fit. Does the job great, connmected to my sony MP3 - great sound, actually better than the CD, even through the standard (not so good) car door speakers - thoroughly recommend this product, noticed cheaper versions, but decided to go with the sony - pleased I did.
