These cdrs are trouble free

(5 out of 5) by bob roberts on Jun 25, 2003 (Oxford)
I have noticed a couple of bad reviews for these discs, claiming that they are prone to coasterdom. This is not the case. I've been through at least eight or nine spindles so far, and no troubles - I would suggest that the people who generate coasters look closer to home for the problem, with their burning software, their burner, or their own inability to stop messing with the computer when it is burning (give it too much to think about, and you will suffer buffer under-run). Great discs, great price - buy.

Why Pay More?

(5 out of 5) by J. Brolly on Jul 6, 2003 (Portrush, N. IRELAND)
Having bought a cheap generic brand a while back, I was horrified to discover that the film surface started to peel off around the edges. So much for CD's lasting 'forever'! Anyhew, having switched to these, I feel so much more confident backing up my data. They have a lovely gold finish and unlike the previous reviewer, I've had no problems writing on them with a permenant marker or even applying adhesive disc-labels.

they do the job... cheap... no reason to look elsewhere

(5 out of 5) by Amazon Customer on Jun 25, 2003
I have had no problems with these CDRs - if anything, they are more reliable than the Memorex discs I used to use. I think I've had one or two coasters out of about 200 burned successfully - both time due to my computer freezing up, which is hardly the discs' fault. They're cheap, they're reliable - it isn't rocket science to see they're worth getting if you need CDRs.

Good CDRs

(4 out of 5) by Amazon Customer on Oct 24, 2003
I bought these CDs because I needed some in a rush and my normal supplier had closed down. Using them in a LG 32x CD Rewriter I can find no fault with them at all. They copy to well and play well. There does seem to be a slight issue with faster drives, my Samsung 52x for example seems to have a few problems reading them, however it does eventually pick up okay.

For the price they're a great buy and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Quality!

Excellent quality cdr's. I saw the cheap pirce and wasn't sure at first but now i've used a whole spindle with out having any problems. All disks have worked fine for data and audio disks, playing on all cd players. great quality and excellent price, you should seriously consider these as an option!
