Little belter

U.K.)Having been a karaoke dj for ten years in the not too distant past but, unfortunately, now having sold all my kit, I was looking for a couple of microphones to 'do the business' at a family party. Not wanting to spend a fortune on mics that would only be used a couple of times a year these seemed ideal.
Gotta say I'm not disappointed. A nice rounded sound, good response and a lead that lets you sing in the next county.
I'm hard to please having used top end mics for years. These are worth twice the money you'll pay here. Buy with confidence.

Excellent all round microphone
(5 out of 5) by Amazon Customer on Aug 7, 2004I Bought this microphone because the one that came with my karaoke player sounded like you were singing in the london sewers. It has a detachable lead which is over 16ft long and the quality is very good for a mike at this price. It also has a box to keep it from being damaged. Buy it. you wont regret it

Needed a microphone quickly...

I located this item on Amazon, delayed for a minute wondering whether or not I should have the dead one repaired and opted to buy this instead.
A good decision.
It arrived very quickly.
Well boxed for transport in our vans (not just for post to get it to me).
Straight out of the box, we plugged it in and it worked first time.
An excellent tone considering the tiny price - not "tinny" as you would have expected.
Once correcltly notified to the sound desks, it matched our other 4.
Good long lead.
All the fittings standard for our purpose.
Is now in regular use.
If you are short of time and dont want to spend time fiddling about, my advice is buy this item. We are delighted.

Very Good product - Hama Dynamic Microphone DM-65

It took a little time for us to work the correct settings on our computer but once we did the microphone was fantastic. I've bought Hama products before and never been disappointed. It comes with a standard 6.35mm jack, so I needed to buy a 3.5mm jack adaptor to plug into the computer, which was as cheap as chips on Amazon. Recommended.
