THE BAD

* Problem with turning off the answerphone when screening a call. You can turn the ring off easy and turn the callers message down to a less deafening level but if you try to silence the message it just pops back again after 2 or 3 seconds - PAIN! This could be an issue that may be easily resolved - Any ideas???
* You can't use any of the additional services 1) unless you pay for them and 2) You use BT as your telco. Come on BT, CLI should be standard now.
* Ring tones are poor and if your looking for "just a nice basic tone", there are really only 2 or 3 to choose from, one of which is the classic "Doctors/Dentist surgery" tone. Arhh.
