For the money, you can't get better than this. The installation instructions were basic, and with a couple of reboots the software was installed. "Nero Burning Rom" is a doddle to use, and with a read of the quick start manual I was burning discs in no time. The box even included a CDRW and a CDR disc to get you started. There were two manuals for the Nero software - a quickstart one and a massively comprehensive one, that answered every question I'd never even thought of asking. There's also a great CD label designing program bundled in.

The software supports CD formats I had never even heard of, and has an ace Wizard that frankly you'd do well to mess up with. There's even a program to enable you to use your CDRW just like a floppy (drag and drop without bothering with the usual "burn" process).

I have no reservations about recommending this product. Fantastic value.

This drive was installed in minutes. It'll burn a CD from an image in just over 3 minutes. I've now burned about 90 CDRs and not destroyed a single disc. Excellent drive.

This has got to be the best value for money purchase I have made this year. On receiving the CDR drive, I just took the case off my computer, plugged it straight in and away I went. Windows 2000 automatically recognised the drive, and the installation of Nero was a piece of cake. Within 15 minutes I had installed the drive, backed up my data on a CDR and was burning a VCD of my digitial photo album.

All in all a great product for a great price!

I've had no problems at all with this product. The softare installed with no hassle and it was easy to use. I've written loads of CDs, and its never messed one up.

I've had this a year and have burned CD's on it frequently and it works fine. The burning software that came with it is easy to use.
