Discontinued some time ago, the CMT-DC1 sounds fantastic for a micro. Retro styling might not be to everyone's taste (I have the silver and white version) it's certainly distinctive. Switch it on and all concerns about the aesthetics will evaporate. Treble is crisp and bass is deep. RDS radio, CD and tape player with auxilliary input for iPod/MD/turntable.
Well worth it if you can find one.

Being unfortunate enough to have had my previous stereo stolen i was in the market for something new, stylish, value for money, compact, good quality, and functional. I got all this for the bargin price shown here. Quite stunning! This is a typical high quality product and a bit of a talking point.
This thing will be like those nokia phones soon...everyone will have one!

Can't agree with other reviewers about the looks but who cares when a micro system sounds this good.
I was really amazed at the fullness of the sound. I bought this for my bedroom but it would a great system in the lounge too.
I am very happy I bought this system and still can't believe the price.

Am thrilled with this system- it is stylish and has many features which are not mentioned in the amazon description which include: clock, timer, sleeper and the ability to program record radio programmes- v smart! the price is also v attractive and the sound is amazing- even my brother was impressed - something which doesn't happen often! I highly recommend this product!

Cracking little system for the money. Couldn't believe it when I saw how much this was selling for at Amazon and was in the market for a system for the bedroom. The sound quality is excellent for a second system and it looks gorgeous. (The picture on the site doesn't do it justice). It's a shame there's no MiniDisc player built in, but other than that it's hard to fault. The sound won't match a standalone separates setup, but then hey what do you expect.
