This dvd laser lens cleaner is excellent. It has a choice of several langauages. I first found the need to use it when my PC would start to play cd/dvd discs but then it would stop completely during play for no apparent reason. I thought that i'd better use the dvd lens cleaner that i had previously purchased. I put the dvd lens cleaner in the PCs disc tray, loaded it & you can select your language the begin the cleaning process. Once the process had finished i played a cd to the end and it never stopped once! I have never had any other problems since i cleaned the laser lens!

What can i say? It cleaned the DVD player perfectly, and has easy to follow instructions in several languages. Theres a simply awful animation when its cleaning the head, which is amusing enough to keep u entertained while it cleans. Not much else to say about it, really. Happy cleaning!

I can only recommend you to steer clear of this product at all costs. My DVD player was occasionally freezing which was very annoying, especially when it happened towards the end of a film. It was across lots of disks so I purchased this cleaner based on the 5* ratings of other DVD users. To my absolute annoyance my expensive DVD surround sound home cinema now fails to load most disks and really struggles to navigate the menu of those it can load (takes up to minutes to go from one menu selection to the next). Also now the freezing is much more regular. Multiple uses of the product fail to fix the problem. This may fix all your woes as per the other 5* ratings but be warned - you may end up binning your player due to this product.

Our Sony DVD recorder had stopped playing discs which worked perfectly well on other players. DVD cleaner was very easy to use and fixed the problem.

This dvd cleaner sorted the jumping in the sound on my player. For under a tenner, you can't complain.
