The Kiiro 838 DVD player is the best thing I've bought this year.

It is true to it's product review,
Easy to setup (5 minutes)
Auto Region without having to play around with HACKS.

The TWO mic inputs are Amazing, Great for Karioke or just use them to spice up parties.

Once you try this Item you'll wonder how you managed to cope before and you'll never look back.

The only down sides are the slight pause between layers and there is only one scart. A small price to pay for an otherwise EXCEPTIONAL machine.

on't be fooled into thinking you should spend £hundreds on a dvd player to get quality, this kiiro machine is fully loaded with the same features you would find on a £400+ player. I bought this machine for the karaoke function which my wife insists upon but is getting harder to find. This player also supports all the major disc formats including mp3, and plays back your audio with exceptional quality and clarity, no need really for a separate cd player. Multi-region from the box is also ideal, no need for any hacks or modification and is also macro-disabled meaning you can record dvd's onto your vhs tapes.Playback of discs is also high-quality, with minimal pauses between layer changes.I have this player in my £2000+ home cinema set-up, and I can't fault it!! THe only thing this machine doesnt do is play the new dvd-audio or sacd formats, but as they aren't widely available who cares!?!

I Bought the Yelo 800dvd prior to this model and it was a good machine, But this player is better still as it has even more function's and you have a great range of connection's at the rear for your cinema system [ if you need them }or just connect it direct to your t.v. with the scart cable supplied and away you go very good picture in all format's, A little soft in the sound department but at this price you cannot go wrong.

I would like to say, that i am very pleased with purchasing this before christmas.
it is a very small design and is ideal to place it in a small space.
the fact that this plays any disk is really good (yes it is a manufacturer that is unknown)but this unit beats other manufacturer's by far.

Having had the dvd player delivered to my door the day after ordering was brilliant, but after installing it,it broke down within 3 days. I contacted KIIRO,who sent me a replacement machine,(after waiting more than a week),only to find it was a used model with the warranty seal broken,they told me they do not replace USED machines with new ones!! Not only that, the new machine will not play vcd/svcds without a lot of pixelising.I will never,ever purchase anything else from KIIRO ever again. I am totally dissapointed with both their products & their attitude to customers, who have a right to complain about shoddy goods/workmanship.
