I got one in a sale price of £99.99 from my local hi-fi shop a while back and this player has served its purpose well, it is small and good quality, flawed only by its 64MB memory, which holds about one hour of 128-192 bitrate tracks, the memory can be solved by buying a bigger capacity SD memory card.
Comes with RealJukebox, but you will need to download a patch from Panasonic's website to install it on Windows XP.
Now that you can only buy this item used, it might be a good bargain price.

I have had one of these MP3 players for almost 4 years now, and have to say that it is still one of the best sounding players and certainly the most durable piece of electronics that I have ever owned!
It also has excellent sound quality, something that so many manufactures forget when they create a device designed to play music!!
