A perfectly good USB cable

I am using the HP PSC 1350 printer/scanner combination and the cable works well for connecting this equipment to my computer. However should I upgrade to a USB2 printer in the future I will probably need to buy a new cable as it's USB1.1 enabled.

This cable only supports USB 1.1 and was less efficient with my portable USB 2.0 hard drive - had to use the power supply with the hard drive to get the cable to work with it

Belkin Pro Series USB Device Cable - 1.8 Metre
(4 out of 5) by Amazon Customer on Oct 10, 2001This Belkin Pro Series USB Device Cable is very useful for all connections that need a USB connection. Its gold plated connections do work better than all the other USB cables that I have tried so far. A must have for all computer users!!!

Slightly pricey
(4 out of 5) by Amazon Customer on Mar 31, 2004The cable is slightly pricey compared to some others but then again you are buying a product with a name you can trust as Belkin are one of the leaders in peripherals. The cable has never let me down. Just plug it in and of you go! It has a good long cable too as some cables are just too short.
