Very good with minor flaws
(4 out of 5) by Amazon Customer on Sep 23, 2003Essentially this is a solid, good looking very reliable phone, unlike many DECT phones which are bulky and break down very quickly. Battery life seems excellent and the ability to use hands free is a real advantage. The problem is that the menu in the handset is convoluted and always takes two or three more button presses than it should. However, generally the phone is easy to use for the basics and much the best looking of the lot.

An expensive mistake
(1 out of 5) by B. J. Cahill on Sep 7, 2007 (UK)We bought two of these phones about three years ago. Both are now ready for the scrap heap. If this is the kind of technology Samsung give to the world then I would advise everyone to stay well clear of them.
The phones look very sleek but actually don't stay the course. Volume has always been a problem - now we have just one base unit in working order and you have to bend down to put your ear next to it to hear anything at all! Both have had replacement batteries (expensive) and neither handset now works. About £300+ down the Samsung drain as far as we are concerned.
