Brilliant MD Player. Sound Quality is perfect. treble is brilliant and bass is 8 out of 10. The radio is a good feature if you get sick of listening to the same music over and over again. This MD is worth having and gives better sound quality than the net MD and the IPOD!!!
WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!!

What a mini disc player sony have come up with. Its light, versatile and has loadsa battery life. There is a snag though, with the radio i found that it is bulky and quite haevy for a remote, the aerial for the radio is actually in the headphone wire so if it is not straight you tend to get a pretty poor signal. Although i did not buy the md disc player for the radio it was just an extra for me. But if you are overlooking the rest of sony's great md models, because lets face it the only md players which are any good are sony, then do not go for this model because of its radio. Having siad that if the headphone wire is positioned correctly you can get decent enough signal to get the usual - radio 1 capital. lp2 and lp4 are as standard on this model and they are very useful. This is an older model though, i would recommend one of sonys latest with pc link because you can make complitations albums using pc interface.
But if you are just looking for a portable md player which you want for recording cd albums off your hifi then this is the one for you. NB make sure you have checked that your hifi has an optical out link - most of the newer hifis do - probably from 2000 onwards, if not it can be quite taxing to record mds, with an optical cable its all digitally done so you can put your feet up and relax.

Although there are a lot of similar quality, cheaper MD's out there, if you are looking for a good quality MD-radio this is the best. The sound quality is excellent, even on MDLP and the radio although small, manages a strong signal better than most others. MZ-G750 is very simple to use although this does have some drawbacks. It does have it's flaws, but none to advise against buying it. The functions like display and play mode will reset themselves if you turn it off or use certain other options. This isn't really a problem unless you are editing the discs. The radio is contained in the remote which is a bit annoying if you don't want the excess wire and if you do use the remote, you can't turn the minidisc function on. The earphones you get with it are good quality but awkward design. I suggest buying some in-ear bass earphones (around £17.50), it's worth the investment. Although it doesn't come with the analog wire (which rightly annoys people with older equipment), sony have cunningly fitted an optical port in the back of their PS2 for digital recording and most people have an optical port somewhere around the house. In any case, the analog wire is only £5.
It seems like one big rant but these are only very minor irritations and are worth putting up with for the quality of the player.

Forget about a tape recorder; CD Walkman; or a portable personal radio. The Sony MZ-G750 has it all. Easy to use and you can record from almost anything on to the discs. Each disc holds hours of content depending on the recording quality you want.
Why then are Sony so mean as to leave out one sample disc and more importantly a lead that allows you to connect to your digital TV, and CD player? You do get an optical lead, but my older equipment (including Sony) doesn't have that kind of connection...

If you want a Radio then this is the one to go for,but if your not really bothered about a radio then this isn't the one you would want.Don't be put off by it just because it has a radio.
You would get much better quality out of a Player with no radio.
Alough the Mz-g750 looks the part, also does the part it is very easy to use, there is no looking through Instuctions for hours,it is all very straight foward to use.
It records one Albums worth and plus one single on top of that.
So if you want a Player as well as a radio then this is a must have.
