rio have created an excellent player and with nike's help it has become an excellent running companion, the headphones aren't great but you can always change them. The arm bang is great and securly holds the player. uploading music is easy with tweaked rio software. 10 hours of battery is good enough for most long runs. and all this being light as a feather.
