Excellent piece of kit.

It certainly makes typing more comfortable, as you rest your wrists/arms on it, rather than them hovering above the keyboard. Just the right amount of softness.

Nice - but doesn't last

(2 out of 5) by Jay Emmay on Jun 6, 2009 (UK)
This is a good piece of kit for regular keyboard users. It provides a soft rest for the wrist and forearm as you type, and I use mine as a place to rest my elbow sometimes when reading on screen and leaning forward. On the plus side, it is lightweight and flexible. The problem is that mine has broken in under a year - this item is formed from a layer of material stuck to a rubber base with the gel caught between the two, and mine has quickly come apart at one point causing gel to ooze out. So I'll be replacing, but probably with a different model, hopefully one that is a bit more hard-wearing. Not great quality overall.

Flimsy item

Not as padded as my previous gel wrist was, very thin only about 1/2" thick.

Belkin Gel Wrist Rest.

Find having a rest for my wrists very comfortable and this does the job very well. Well satisfied!
I have one for my mouse as well - same make.

Comfortable and doesn't slip

A well designed product. The surface is slightly indented to give additional support. Also, it does not slide about. Does the job, and well.
