Cheaply Made! Kindle Doesn't Fit!

(1 out of 5) by Dustin Dudley on Jul 11, 2009
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RQOTLV1RDUM4L I've had this case for two days and the Kindle 2 doesn't fit! After inserting the Kindle 2 into this case it is almost impossible to zip the zippers past both corners. I was going to give the case the benefit of the doubt thinking it just needed to loosen up, but now I see both corners are ripping where the zipper was tough to zip over! I'm returning for another brand of case ASAP.

Great Travel Case

(5 out of 5) by E. Doise on Sep 23, 2009
The other reviews say that the construction on the black M-Edge Latitude cases isn't very good, so I called the company to check--all manufacturing flaws have been corrected. Our Kindle fits perfectly, inserts easily, stays snugly in place, and the case zips up smoothly.

The zippered compartment in the front is engineered thoughtfully with an extra-stretchy segment of fabric so that we can carry the power cord without it pressing against the Kindle's screen.

This will be a perfect travel case.

Great case for traveling!

(5 out of 5) by Jacqueline M. Fournier on Oct 2, 2009 (Maryland)
I got this case as a gift and M-Edge really has corrected the earlier issues with it. It fits the device beautifully, holds it securely, the zipper runs smooth and I couldn't be happier with it. If you are looking for a light-weight, well-padded cover that offers good, all around protection for your Kindle, this is it! The front and back covers even zip together when folded open to allow for easy one-handed reading. It works with their eLuminator light and can store the light and the power cord in the front zippered pocket.

There are better options

(2 out of 5) by W. G. Hickey on Jul 20, 2009 (Illinois USA)
Although the list of features is good, the quality of this product and its design actually aren't. It is too tight to fit the Kindle 2 very well, which puts stress on the zippers. After only a day of use, the zippers on mine developed rips that now prevent the case from being sealed shut. The pockets are a nice feature but if the charger plug is stored in the largest pocket (the only one large enough to fit it) the plug ends will eventually rip the fabric of the pocket. It is a pity that the tolerances and materials aren't better, since the idea is good.

Don't buy this!

(1 out of 5) by Reader on Jul 14, 2009
Do not buy this product. It is too small and the zipper will not work after a few uses.
