Good FM tranmitter, charger and Cradle .. so far
I bought this 8 in one FM transmitter car charger cradle for iPhone 3gs, Amazon item ASIN B002ECB0Q0.
The cradle holds the phone securely, the charger works fine, the FM transmitter works well, and the remote control works also. If the price wasn't so low, I may have given it fewer stars but this thing is a great value so I forgive its minor quirks. The cradle holds my phone in a good position in my '07 Civic, your vehicle may be different so consider your layout before ordering.
The cradle seems fairly robust, no phone slippage or cradle rotation in the lighter socket so far.
The FM transmitter can be set to any frequency on the dial. I've owned several transmitters and this one is the best. It works even on frequencies that have stations with weak signals on them, this is unusual for consumer FM transmitters. It may be that my unit is a particularly good one but hopefully all of these are good. The FM transmitter can be set to several preset stations and those can be selected with the remote control to avoid interference while traveling, this is a nice feature.
A downside to this unit with an iPhone is that it does not advertise it is shielded from GSM noise to the phone. When you plug it in, the phone says the device is not designed for iPhone and asks if you want airplane mode. If you leave the phone radio on, you will occasionally hear GSM interference on your radio speakers, not very loud though. To avoid that problem altogether, it also has an audio out 3.5mm port and comes with a six or eight inch cable to plug in to your car's aux port. This works fine if your car has one, no GSM noise at all.
Another downside is you have to point the remote at the top of the unit to get it to work, a small annoyance. It does not come with a manual. If you need one, pass this unit up.
For me, so far, so good I like this unit.

i like !!!
I bought one of these 8 in 1 transmitters , received it and it unfortunately did not work . i tried it in many different vehicles.. I called the bargaincell customer support explained my problem to them and needless to say the sent me a new one, Just got it in today and it works great . I Love it !!! It seems to be seating my ipod quite well , does not bounch much , the only thing is , with mine it rotates a little bit when hitting bumps but its nothing to really worry about, the channel search is sweet along with the charging station. For the people who say there are no instructions , don't worry. Either call or e-mail bargaincell and they will gladly send you the instructions! The best part is there are only a few customer service people on at one time, so no calling and sitting on hold for hours.. Great product great service and now a customer for life
So Close...
So close...but so far away.
The positives are: has multiple ports (USB port so my wife can charge her phone while mine is on the dock), average construction (no better or worse then similar products costing more$).
The huge negative is the clamp will not hold my phone from the start! I had to get a "zip tie" to tie around the clamp so it would hold the phone.
It's really too bad because with that one thing fixed I would give it a 5-star rating, however the clamp not working is pretty huge.
If you want an inexpensive dock/radio tuner and are willing to put up with the clamp not working this is a good unit, otherwise find something else.

No Bueno
I purchased this item and found it to be made very poorly. There were no instructions in the box for the proper use. After the first day it no longer worked. Sad but true.
