I'll keep this brief.

It's attractive and well made. Note: It doesn't have it's own connector, you just poke your cable through a hole and lock it in with this included clip. It works fine for me. What I really like about it since the connector kinda pokes up through the hole and there's no indentation for the phone, you can leave most cases on the iPhone and still place it in the stand. This isn't true for the apple version. This also means you can hear the speaker just fine.

I was tired of laying my phone down on my desk or dresser at home to charge, and I came across this charging stand by Konnet. Not only is it a nice way to charge your phone, but it also passively enhances the built in speakers. I now answer my phone in speaker mode right from the stand when I am at work, and also play backround music as well.

At night I have it on my nightstand and use the alarm function. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I can easily access the time and when the alarm goes off it is easy to turn off.

Nice accessory overall.

This is the only dock I found that supports the Iphone properly and you can leave your case on. It also looks cool. It is a little pricey because you supply your own cord but I guess you are paying for the convenience of not having to take your case off. That is why I purchased one for me and my wife. Recommended if price is not a concern.

Do Not Try to Use This With a iPod cable that has those little side buttons! This is only meant to be used with the basic cable with the short connector. It seems to me that since this can only be used with that particular cord, the manufacturer could have included a cord. Also, the price is a bit high considering that the other docks do include one at a similar price.

That out of the way, I have to say I really like this dock. I have never used other docks so I can't compare it to anything, but it's really simple and it works really well. I think the metal design makes it heavy enough to keep the iPhone from sliding all over the desk when I move things around. And the curved base does seem to enhance the volume of the device.

Still using it as of 11/04/09, it's a really nice thing. I don't know if it really enhances the sound all that much, but I like the way it sits up on my desk. It's too light for me to push the "home" button one-handed tho, but that's my only complaint and I suspect most small docks are like that.

This is a solid metal stand that has the ability to mate with the iPhone even when the phone is in a case. The only stand I found that could be used without removing the case to do a synch.
