Incredible Picture Incredible Value
Bought this TV on the advise of a high-end video fanatic friend when I told him I wanted a great TV on a small budget. The picture quality is phenominal! The set-up was easy and the whte-glove delivery folks were excellent. The process could not have been easier. The sound quality of the built-in speakers is poor, however. While waiting for my new AV receiver to arrive I tried connecting my subwoofer alone to the TV and the change was dramatic. With a real AV set-up the theatrical experience is amazing.
I connected the TV via ethernet to take advantage of the Viera Link functionality. It works very well and is easy to set up and intuitive to use. I rented an Amazon HD movie and found the experience to be flawless - no digital chatter and an almost non-existant buffer period. It's too bad there aren't better controls for FF, rewind, etc but you can still pause. Also, the YouTube experience via Viera Link is quite good.
Overall a fantastic TV with a picture quality you won't be able to exceed without spending at least twice as much.

Second Panasonic plasma
Own a bar and installed a 42" 720 dpi Panasonic 4 years ago and was quite happy with it so I upgraded the old Mitsubishi 32" at home with the 46" G10 based upon the bar experience and CNET reviews. Went out and bought a Saunders do it yourself stand(2 hours assembly time but no divorce) for $149 and the wife and I installed the G10 ourselves. At the same time I upgraded our Direct DVR receiver at no charge as we have been customers for over 10 years. I have no complaints with the G10. I watch lots of sports and the MSNBC financial station which has a plethora of graphics all around the edge of the screen and the clarity of the print is excellent. 2 windows in the room, one almost behind the set and another on the left wall as you face the screen and no bothersome reflections. Watched the Lions last Sunday but the beautiful picture didn't improve the team.
Rented a house in Florida for 2 months last year and it had about the same size Sony Bravia XBR. I think the picture on the Panasonic is better, although, in fairness to Sony, I don't know how old it was.

Great TV, Great Price, Fast Delivery
This is my second Panasonic plasma. The first has been running flawlessly for five years, which led me back to Panasonic. This TV arrived ahead of schedule with no flaws. The delivery person even offered to help set it up.
Amazon had one of the lowest prices for this TV. It works beautifully especially on HD content; not so great with standard def cable channels, but that is the cable company not the TV. There are plenty of options for picture settings for just about any taste and most are adjustable. I have not had a chance yet to try Blue Ray so I can't comment on how they look on this TV.

Great Value
Had been considering an LED TV, had pretty much eliminated Plasma from consideration due to high power consumption, screen burn-in, and less than ideal picture quality observed on first generation plasma's. Salesman at Best Buy recommended the Panasonic and after some research it seems that Panasonic has solved most of the issues with plasma. Picture is terrific at less than half the price of the LED I was considering. Product arrived in short order delivered by a professional shipper.

a great TV for value, excellent picture quality, THX certified
I have own this TV now for almost two months, so I can not talk about reliability yet. But so far I am really satisfied with my purchase since I have paid a reasonable price and gain an excellent picture quality and stylish TV.
This TV is THX certified meaning one of the picture setting is named THX which will give you the color contrast and brightness which satisfies THX standards.
Personally for the first month and so I did not like THX setting since it looked a little dark and greenish. Maybe because my eyes were getting used to warm and brighter setting of my previous TV.
I decided to try THX setting for a while and surprisingly after three weeks it looks really so nice to me! that I can not use my previous picture settings anymore!!
I also connected my TV to internet through a network cable and tried viera cast and amazon on demand which worked fine.
The first thing it did was updating the firmware of TV to higher version which added Amazon on demand option in viera cast.
I always connect my laptop through HDMI cable to TV, so viera cast option is not that much of an interest to me.
The sound quality is very good but definitely not as good as the Logitech Z-5500 sound system that I use.
The bottom line is I am very happy with this TV...
