I got it installed in my 2005 Toyota Sienna at ABC warehouse for $170.00. The total cost of this item comes to $525.00 after installation which is not bad at all compared to $1800.00 at Toyota dealership.

The colour(tan) matched perfectly with the interior and the picture/sound quality is good. I am running the sound through car speakers at FM1 87.7 with no loss of sound on long trips.

I think its a great product and should work fine. My kids are loving it.

We received the product and when we opened it, saw that it had obviously been used previously. There were scratches on the case, inadequate packing materials, and the solder on the back of the unit was in several different colors. Wire attachments were shaky. Took the unit to a reputable installer and they found that the sound did not transmit at a strong enough frequency to be audiable without deafining static. They guessed that the product had been reconditioned TWICE (explaining all the different solder colors/techniques)for the same problem. We returned it for a refund.

We purchased this item this past summer and after having it installed about 1 hour later it stopped working. Thinking that this was a just a one-time bad system we exchanged it for a new one.
The new one showed to be slightly more promising but continually would randomly go out saying on the screen "no signal." Of course, this would happen while on vacation. We had to place a peice of plastic in the side to get it to work regularly but even with that it still gives a "no signal" sign on occasion. Not wanting to deal with the return hassell again we kept it (stupid, stupid)and purchased wirless headphones for the DVD player. The headphones work great but the DVD player has problems finding the connection between the two. It's only responded to our headphones twice. Just what I want is to listen to my kids movies the whole time, no thanks! There has been major transmitter problems. We have also noticed that there is always static in the background of the sound coming through our radio...we've tried several different stations. When we role the windows down or up the sound will go out. We drive a 2008 Sienna. I have been very disappointed in the system and would not reccommend it to anyone. Even our installer said he stopped selling BOSS items becuase he had so many problems and returns.
To be positive it does have a great picture and matches well with the interior.

I have found this product to be extremely useful. My kids are loving it; and my friends admire it a lot. No regrets whatsoever.

I just bought this last week and got it in the mail on Tuesday and it only took me about a hour to install, and i am no means a professional. This is the first time i have ever installed anything like this and let me tell you the hardest thing was lining up the screws to mount the unit, but after a little time i got it with some help from the wife and son! The only issue i am having is that when i put on the breaks the sound fades out and then comes back after a brief one to two second change, but other then that it is great and i have used it once and kept the kids entertained and let me tell you this will make any road trip a lot less stressful on the whole family!!
