A bit expensive but the build quality is great! Good range, no interference with Wifi/etc. Using rechargeable AAA batteries is also great!

I agree with the majority of reviews here. This is an excellent buy both for price and quality, & I recommend it. I had no problem with the user's manual. Perhaps I'm more tech oriented, but if your familiar with the fundamentals of computer setup/navigation, you should have no problem, & the learning curve is short. I do agree that the sound level could be louder at ear level, however, the speaker phone is more than adequate & I use it most anyway, & both are adjustable. Sound is clear & sharp. I've had no problem with the mike sensitivity, speaking across the room without any problems, & listeners have reported no problems. As for the lack of a visible antennae, it does not make any difference in operation, the Panasonic is just as good as my old Motorola. I like the feather weight feel of the handset, & the keys are terrific, very easy to use and read, much better than prior models. The answering machine is also terrific & efficient, time levels are also adjustable. The ringer is very loud & will easily wake you up. It demands attention, also adjustable. Battery life is no problem & must better than my Motorola, which was always running down. This is an excellent product & inexpensive. Looking for a good basic phone, this is it! Thanks Amazon.

It is exactly as described. I used it to replace another brand that was terrible. I have since ordered more of the Panasonic phones as gifts. I highly recommend this product.

This is a OK phone. Had it for about a month.

I like the sound quality.

The features, accessing voice mail and deleting them is not too user friendly.
The lighted key pad, though advertised, is not available for me.
The range detector does not work, always shows zero bars!

Called the customer service to return it but realized I didn't have a phone that I can use until the replacement arrived (Customer service could not ship a replacement since I changed addresses, as per their policy).

So, thinking of the lesser evils, I am thinking of keeping this phone and living with the features that work and don't work!

I purchased a 4-unit set last year and have been pleased with it. I had need of a separate business line and bought this single unit for that. These phones are not perfect but they're as close as I've found to perfect.
