Solid

(4 out of 5) by Sid V on Apr 25, 2009 (Bayside, NY USA)
This is a high quality cable no doubt. Can I tell the difference in picture and sound quality between this and other HDMI cables that I tested ? Well, no not really. The thing about digital cables is they either work or they don't. You won't get a better picture, although you might get occasional pixilation or sound drop outs using a cheap cable . I have used inexpensive cables and more expensive cables and have not noticed a differenced. That said, why take a chance on a cheap cable? For just a few bucks more the Cables To Go 98035 gives you a gold plated high end cable that compares with the M*ster brand in quality. I have used the cables to go brand in many applications and they are always top notch with consistently high reviews on AZ. I would also look at the Media Bridge cable. If you live in a humid climate or using in a humid environment, go for this cable with gold plate ends. Always make sure you get v1.3 rated cable (not worth buying older HDMI versions at this point)

Excellent priced cable for a retail product

(4 out of 5) by Gaijin on Jul 6, 2009 (Hilo, HI United States)
It's an HDMI cable that's 8 feet long. HDMI is the new standard for video and audio connections, capable of giving you both in one cable instead of the mess from cables of yore. WIth Hi Def ignals capable of being transmitted, along with uncompressed audio, HDMI is a simple and easy way to get audio and video into your new HDTV with no hassle. This cable is 8 feet long and is great quality. Contrary to popular belief, with HDMI cables, more is not better when it comes to cost. Beware Monster cable and their $100+ cables. HDMI is digital. It is basically the same whether it's a $10 or $100 cable. This one is well made and not overpriced for a retail cable. There are cheaper ones online,if you know where to look but this isn't too bad for the price and it does what it should.

One fine cable

(5 out of 5) by geemaniac on May 22, 2009 (Southern UT)
For me, the selling point was the 8 ft. length. 6' was too short & 10' was too much extra to hide. It's a good looking cable the carries audio & video just like it's supposed to. What more do you need? To top it off, the price is right!

Quality cable with perfect length.

(4 out of 5) by H. Wang on Apr 30, 2009 (San Jose, CA)
This is a premium HDMI cable to support the HDMI 1.3 standard. It is gold plated on all the exposed metal area. The 8 feet length is the perfect length for home theater setup, comparing with others either with 6 feet (too short) or 10 feet (too long).

However, the $9.xx price tag is kind of high. The similar HDMI cable from Eforcity (also in Amazon) is only about $1.56+shipping. I do recommend to use quality HDMI cable with gold plated connection. But I think there are quite some choices with more reasonable price. I take out 1 point due the premium price.
