I loved the price on this and the fact that it was a small portable MP3 player. I bought one each in orange for my children (2). On one of the first batch, the tape function jammed, and I had to return it. Then ordered a green one, and the SD card cannot go in it. I have been trying to contact the company to return it, with no success. The other orange one I ordered has the same problem mentioned in on of the other reviews, the cord never stays in the back properly. Even when it is just sitting motionless it fades in and out. And it seems it has problems reading CDs. Keeps saying bad CD. Again, trying to contact the manufacturer to no avail.
I originally recommended this product to quite a few as an alternative MP3 player for people without computers. I should have waited for 90 days or so to see the problems come forth.
I'll switch manufacturers for sure to get another. Too many problems without support from this one. Don't buy it.

We purchased this for our 11 year old daughter for her bedroom. She has had lots of enjoyment from it, and has had no trouble using it. The only down it that it does not have preset radio station option, and the wave band is small, so a little difficult to see. But I would not let that put me off. It is a basic, simple radio CD/MP3 player, with good quality sound, and a color coordinated to her room.

I purchased this as a gift and have not heard anything negative about the product.

Difficult to find cassette players these days and this one combines old and new. You can play cassette players and you can play USB import device from computer. Sound is great for the price.

Please do not buy this product. Stopped working in 4 weeks after I bought it. sound quality was atrocius. Amazon will not take it back since its been a month and very hard to send it back for warranty.
