Play (almost) all formats of music: MP3, CD-RW, old tapes

- play MP3 from SD card/USB drive (I can load tones of music on it)
- play MP3 CD (i.e. can play MP3 directly from CD-RW)
- can play old music tapes and traditional CD (I got them from my parents).
- can hook up my Sansa MP3 player thru AUX port (works for iPOD, too).
- good sound quality.
- and it is under $50.
It is hard to find decent music player that is so versitile and inexpensive as this one. I love the color, too. I am thinking to get one for myself now. :-)

nice little machine

Only one small suggestions to the manufacturers: the button to switch between radio, tape, cd, and off, would be much nicer if it was located on the face of the machine. It is on the side, but that's my only negative comment.

Good for the price

The radio was an added bonus. They are quite happy with the unit and enjoy it's sound quality (above average) and versatility. The odd color means they can see it wherever they place it in their home. It fills the void until they can afford a better sound system. And, they can use it without worrying about breaking an expensive piece of equipment.

Small little device with major bang for the bucks

I was looking for something that was compact but had the CD/casette player, radio and ipod capabilities and at this price I just had to try this. I am truly impressed. I don't normally write reviews as I am exteremly lazy but I just had to !

light portable great for nursery and beach
(4 out of 5) by Jamie Sue Baird on Apr 6, 2009 (Virginia Beach, VA)We use our radio in the nursery we mostly use the usb port, I have dowloaded Beethoven onto a mp3 player for my 11 month old daughter to fall asleep to and I just hook it into the usb port. The USB port works great, kinda slow though. it also has an AUX in so I can hook up an ipod or anykind of Mp3 player. the radio doesnot tune in digitally it has one of those old fashion dials this is why I only gave it 4 stars. I love everything else about it. We live at the beach and this will be perfect for toting down it is fairly light weight and compact. I would reccomend this product. It has a lot of features for a reasonable price.
