quick and easy

I received a response from my claim within 24 hours and I received status updates everyday until the claim was paid. The whole process was quick and easy. I have about 4 warrantees with SquareTrade, but this was the first time I filed a claim. Because of my satisfaction with the processing of this claim, I bought another product warranty just this week.

Great company to deal with. This is the second warranty I have had to claim with them and both occurrences were handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I will deal with them again.

I have purchased several warrenties threw Square Trade but never had to use them until now. They were prompt in refunding the cost that I paid for on my zune mp3 player when it quit working. They sent a prepaid label and did not even cost me a cent on sending the item to them. It is a relief to know that I made the right choice in trying them out. Thank you very much Square Trade for a prompt, hassle and worry free service. I Highly Recommend Square Tade for any warrenties.

Folks, consider me a reformed warranty skeptic! I thought I had probably just thrown some good money away on an IPOD warranty with SquareTrade but when it came time to see "how they were going to dodge my claim" was I ever surprised. I had broken the screen on my Ipod Touch 32gb and just knew there would be some way there were going to get out of paying for it. WRONG. I reported the claim on the website (nicely done website too,) and then was able to talk to a claim specialist that sent me a prepaid box to ship it to them in. 3 Days later, I had a repaired Ipod. DONE. What a wonderful surprise. AND, the warranty is still in place on the Ipod!

My 5th Gen. iPod's harddrive failed a couple weeks ago. I contacted Apple to see what Tech Support they could offer or what type of Warranties they covered, but to no avail. Then I remembered I had paid about $30 for a 3-Year Warranty. I found it was well worth it. SquareTrade's website and Warranty Claims process is easier than hitting the broad side of a barn. And they did it in such a short time period, I was able to get my music back in no time.
