When I bought a Classic IPod MP3 player on EBay, I got an email from SquareTrade asking me if I wanted a warranty, and as it was fairly cheap, and a previous IPod got thrown away because it wasn't worth fixing, I bought a two year warranty. 3 months later my new IPod failed the way my previous IPod failed (and was going to cost $100 to fix), so I filled out a claim form on the SquareTrade website, was told to send it in with a shipping label that was emailed, they received the IPod and a few days later they deposited my purchase amount in my PayPal account....how easy was that?
I usually buy electronics at Best Buy and always buy their warranties, but from now on it's SquareTrade for me....cheaper and my one experience has been great.

I purchased a warranty from SquareTrade after my son purchased an iPod on eBay. It didn't cost much and it sounded easy enough if something went wrong. Well, when something went wrong, it was SO EASY. I packaged up the product, sent it to SquareTrade, and less than 5 days later my son had $ sent to my Paypal account so he could buy a new iPod. If you buy anything electronic, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a warranty from SquareTrade. In fact, you'd be foolish if you didn't!

I purchased two refurb Zunes in Dec 08. They finally went bad last month. I submitted the claim and got the money refunded lickety split no questions or issues. I'm going to purchase another mp3 player but not without the SquareTrade Warranty. Best deal in warranty and customer service I have ever invested in.

This is truly a hassle free service, I had a toshiba laptop that gave me all kind of hard time last year and after going and coming 5 times finally Circuit City paid it, they actually went against the contract because if it wasn't fix by their third try they were suppose to give me the money I originally paid for it, and for that warranty I paid $200, I am telling the whole story because after I bough again another laptop I didn't think twice to buy this time the warranty with Square trade for less than $60 for 3 years, and I did it because I had two experiences some moths before with two devices that failed and they just gave me the money I paid for them without any complications. Their service Rocks!!!

I'll never buy another Ebay electronic without the warranty. They did exactly as they promised!
