Great Warranty Service

I figured the warranty process would be a hassle since my ipod was a refurb. This was certainly NOT the case with Squaretrade. They provided a return shipping label with prepaid postage and within a week of evaluating the defective iPod decided to refund the purchase price of the item instead of repairing it. They kept me informed by email of every step of the claim process. I highly recommend Squaretrade if you are looking for an extended warranty.

No Hassle Warranty!

SquareTrade offers a 40% average savings in comparison to other vendors, excellent (5 star) customer service, Hassle Free Coverage, and full payment of items (if an item can't be fixed). SquareTrade is truly the best, bar none!

One of the features that surprised me is they keep a list of all your warranties on their website for you, and you can review them or make a claim online. That is awesome, because I'm always losing my paperwork. This warranty was for two years, and after 20 months the Ipod wheel quit working. They emailed me a postage label, and in a few days they refunded me the entire purchase price! Great job etrade! Two thumbs way up!

I had my Ipod for just 10 months when it failed. I went online, contacted SquareTrade, and filled out a claim. I was surprised by how quickly they responded.
I printed out the return label, and mailed my ipod in for inspection. I received a full refund in less than 5 days from filling my claim!
If you buy an Ipod, you must have this warranty!
