The Mp3 player touch screen just stopped working...I notified Square Trade and they promptly Emailed me an UPS postage..I didn't even have to pay to ship it in, they did it all...Within two days Square Trade deposited a full refund of the purchase price in my PayPal account...Fast and efficient service, no hassle...I am glad that I purchased a Square Trade Warranty for my players...I strongly suggest that everyone purchase a SquareTrade warranty...8 GB MP4/MP3 Player with FM Radio, Camera, Voice Recorder, USB Portable, and 2.8-inch Touchscreen

Warranty Backed All The Way

My kid's nano suddenly stopped working; probably was the battery, but you can't change it yourself (brilliant planning by Apple). I had gotten a SquareTrade for it when I won it on eBay and it was still in the warranty period, so I called them. They agreed it was probably the battery and confirmed that that was covered under the plan. They then gave me everything I needed to send it in, including a link to print a UPS label, so I didn't have to pay for shipping.
They sent emails every time the status changed during the delivery/assessment cycle, including when they put the refund in my Paypal account (that was the only strange thing; they didn't feel it was worth repairing and returning; they just reimbursed the full amount).
I just got a replacement off of eBay and will definitely be getting a SquareTrade warranty on it because they definitely back up what they claim.

Squaretrade warranty service is excellent

I just filed my second claim with them when one of the ipods failed after 1 year of usage. The claim was simple to file, fast to process and the customer service was efficient and friendly. What more could you want on an exended warranty? The coverage on these items was half the cost than it would have been at any retailer. I highly recommend the service.
Incredible hassle-free electronics warranty

After a year of use, the player developed firmware problems which I could not resolve. I filed an on-line claim with SquareTrade, and received a response within a day. Two days later they offered a complete refund of the purchase price! They provided a link for a prepaid UPS shipping label. Within two hours of receipt of the player, they notified me the claim was approved. Four hours later, they offered to reimburse me via PayPal. Two days later the money was in my bank account.
This is an incredible deal, significantly lower than others offered, with a hassle-free procedure, speedy service and prompt payment. Highly recommended!
