Other folks, whose initials are BestBuy, acknowledged the camera I bought from them was broken, but would not honor the warranty they sold me. They kept sending the item in for repairs that never fixed the problem. SquareTrade, in contrast, was all about making me whole and made good on their warranty for a cell phone in short order. Squaretrade is all I use these days, and with their accidental damage coverage option, I am set for all situations. Now I can enjoy all my tech toys without worry. A major value added, for a very small price.

I had purchased a refurbished digital camera through EBay. Being a small bit leary, I took out the Square Trade Warranty. When my camera quit working, I dreaded the hassle of "messing" with the warranty company. Was I ever wrong! After filling out the online warranty claim form, I printed the free shipping label and took my camera to UPS who boxed and shipped my camera free of charge. All the while, Square Trade was in constant contact with me through email. Within days my warranty was honored and my Paypal account was credited with my entire amount I spent on the camera and a smile was on my face. 100% satisfied!!!

Working with SquareTrade was quick and easy. I just mailed in my camera (they paid for shipping) and within a week, I had money refunded in my Paypal account. They email you every step of the way so you always know the status of your claim. I highly recommend SquareTrade, their excellent service makes it highly worth their small cost.

I consider myself to be a very shrewed consumer and I know that purchasing Square Trade Warranties were some of the best investments I have made as a consumer. Their warranties are extremely inexpensive and 100% consumer orientated. Square Trade Warranties have saved me from wasting hundreds of dollars on merchandise that I have purchased that stopped operating soon after the manufacturer's warranty expiration. ON three occasions I found it necessary to put in a claim to Square Trade for merchandise that became defective and on each occasion Square Trade PROMPTLY reimbursed me the full purchase price for each of the items. Unlike many warranty companies Square Trade never attempts to avoid honoring a legitimate claim. Purchasing any appliance or electronic device without also purchasing a Square Trade Warranty is a recipe for wasting your money!
