I was a bit skeptical, but figured that the price was reasonable for the service offered. I was pleasantly rewarded with a full refund on the refurbished iPod which suddenly quit playing. I'll use Square Trade, again.

I bought a used ipod nearly one year ago and purchased a Square Trade warranty. I wasn't sure if I just threw my money away, but everything seemed on the "up and up". The first time the ipod quit on me, (only 2 months after getting it) they fixed it and sent it back. It was quick and easy. About a month ago, it stopped working again. This time they processed the claim and reimbursed my purchase price. Again - it was so quick and easy. I am in the process of getting another ipod, and won't buy one without including a Square Trade warranty. It was worth every penny!

Easy and well worth the price

I bought a used Ipod and was more than a little worried about quality and lifespan. The SquareTrade Warranty gave me some peace of mind and when the Ipod stopped working it as REALLY easy to process my claim. I didn't even have to pay to ship it to SquareTrade! Just printed up a label and sent it off. Less than a week later I had the money I paid for the Ipod back in my PayPal account and purchased a new Ipod the same day! And you bet I got a new warranty from SquareTrade.

Bought this warranty for about $7 when I purchased used IPod. The IPod's selection wheel, after about 5 months, stopped working. I put in a claim online for this and it was very easy. It took about two weeks to get my money, because you have to send the device back so they can check it out first and it took me about 5 days to return it. So, if I had returned it right away, I probably would have gotten my money in a little over a week. The credited my Paypal account my full purchase price. It was very easy and I have bought warranty's for my daughter's Ipod and my cell phone also. Very inexpensive to get - much less than what you would buy from seller. Highly recommended.
