Great, no hassle warranty. Excellent too at keeping me informed as the process went along. Only reservation: they only insured the purchase price of the laptop. This was helpful, but I was still out the taxes, shipping, lost software (Office), and the local techie who trouble shot the laptop and told me that the failure was in the hard drive.

Well this was my first time to make a claim, with Square Trade, and was I suprised. Fast, easy, painless. They first offered a possible solution for my laptop problem and when that didn't work they immediately started to process a full refund claim. I was kept informed all the way through and had my FULL refund within 10 days. I usually do not buy extended warranties, on the advice of a leading consumer magazine, but Square Trade has rates that you just can't refuse..My new notebook is warranted with them as well as the new Fridge, Dishwasher, and I-Pod....Don't hesitate to purchase,Best Price, Best Service......Charlie

square trade has continued to exceed my expectations...this is the 4th item we've warranteed and the 2nd one we put a claim in on. Square Trade has always handled the claim with speed and professionalism--I will continue to use Square Trade for all my electronic's warranties !!!

This is my first experience with purchasing a warranty with SquareTrade. It will not be my last. This is the least amount of hassle I have ever had with a warranty claim. Start to finish was about 10 days. Forget the store extended warranty - use SquareTrade instead.

I had purchsed two refurbished netbooks and since most place won't warranty them I seen the Square Trade offer and regisitered them. The keyboard of one went bad after about 6 mos, I emailed them and they checked the warranty I had and said that it will be refunded but I had to send it back for an examination. Which I did. Yesterday my total purchase price was refunded. They were very informative all the way on the process. I can't recommend a better warranty program. I have several other things registered already and I hope I don't have to use it again but for the value it is well worth it even if I don't have to collect on the warranty. I have already been telling every one locally about them. the service was grand. And to be able to get am extended warranty on a refurbished item is a rarity. They do handle new items also and are cheaper than most store offered extended warranties.
