I have purchased Squaretrade warranties for almost all of my small electronics - especially refurbuished ones I buy from ebay or online. I have had to use the warranties twice, and they were AWESOME! I received emails every step of the way in the process, and it only took about 5 days to get the money back to my paypal account.

I am a Squaretrade "true believer" and highly recommend this service to all of my friends and family.

One word of advice, however. As with all warranties, save your receipts. Squaretrade also has a very helpful service which allows you to fax your receipts to them and then they keep an electronic version on file in case you ever make a claim. That takes one step out of the process, and I always am more likely to know where my reciepts are right after I receive the item (as I am purchasing the warranty) than one year later. Just for safety, though, I have started scanning and keeping .pdfs of my receipts here at home as well.

I have warranties for ipods, video game consoles, televisions, mp3 players, home theater systems; you name it I got a warranty on them. Not just any warranty though, a SQUARETRADE warranty! I've had 2 broken ipods, both with warranties. Both broke on their own, I sent them in a box with a PRE-paid label to squaretrade, they examined it and then REFUNDED me 100% of what I paid for these items months or even years before. I highly recommend everyone hop on board the Squaretrade Express! Great Customer Service, Great Prices, Great Warranty! What more can you ask for?

I was very Happy with the warranty on a Zune purchased on Ebay, it quit working shortly after I purchased it and luckily I took out the insurance on it with a Square Trade Warranty and I was very pleased with the quick turn around and constant communication advising me what was going on. I had to learn my lesson the hard way I had bought an IPod Nano previous to this that quick working shortly after I purchased it but of course I did not buy the Warranty on it, so I am stuck with it.
Thank You Square Trade for your expert help and a great warranty, I will always purchase a warranty from here on out.

This was my first warranty experience with Square trade. I purchased an IPHONE on Ebay and purchased the warranty. After 6 months the IPHONE died. I contacted Square Trade. They immediately sent me the return box and shipping label. Upon receipt of my item I got another e-mail stating that my item could not be repaired and they IMMEDIATELY refunded my purchase price to Pay Pal! Will definately use them again. Highly recommend.

I have bought several warranties from Square Trade and just recently had to submit claims. One claim for an Ipod and one for an Ipod Touch. I did everything via e-mail and fax. They are efficient, instructive and easy to work with. Naturally with Ipods they want you to run through some trouble shooting steps first to make sure it is really broken. Once you know for sure you can't get your Ipod up and running they e-mail you either a USPS label to use or a UPS label to use for free shipping. Once they receive your product you get reimbursed, in my case via the pay pal account they have on file. I found this process easy, painless and costs a lot less than other warranties out there.
