Good For Walking

The arm band is a stretchy elastic with a very adjustable Velcro attachment.
I use this for walking and it is fine, especially given the weight of the iPod classic.
I don't think it would be good for running since I'm guessing runners might want something a little more substantial and this would probably bounce around.
I did not try the other items for recharging but will come back to my review if I feel there is a problem with them.
Overall, for what you get in the package, this is a really good deal.
Remember though, you get what you pay for. This was just right for me but for a die hard user, I don't think this is the way to go.

Great product for working out!

The velcro strap is really long to accommodate the smallest and largest arm sizes. I have a pretty big arm, and the velcro strap still has extra for an even bigger arm. Other reviewers suggested to insert the iPod through the screen area, instead of the bottom. I suggest this, and the bottom seems like it would rip if you weren't careful. Also, the velcro is extremely comfortable. It's soft, and not what I expected from velcro. I slide my gym card into the back of it, and it has stayed there since.
Overall, this is a great product, and I will be buying another one if I lose it or it breaks. Plus, you get a car charger for your iPod, great if you're going camping, or you're a stupid college student and forgot your charger at home. :D haha

Allows full access to on/off switch, head phone jack and front controls. The rest of the package was a well thought out accessory pack that includes everything you need to keep your Ipod up, running and safe. A great value from a great seller. THANKS!!
