Greetings! I accidentally bought the wrong size and the customer service people were great!

Please keep in mind that this bag is way too big for a 17" Macbook Pro. But the quality is great and its a really neat design.

I was hesitant about this sleeve since there was nothing to secure the laptop from slipping. Just a flap at one end. Well ther is a reason there are no plastic clips, velcro straps etc. These would scratch the laptop. I ordered 2 , one for myself and one for my daughter. We both love this sleeve. It is just the right size and the flap secures the laptop inside.

There is a bit of a rubber smell but I think it will leave in time. Worth the money.

The product is soft yet thick enough to help protect it. However it is a soft sleeve not to be confused with hard sided bags.

THIS ITEM WAS AN EXACT FIT FOR MY WIDE-SCREEN LAPTOP. IT WAS EASY TO SLIDE LAPTOP INTO AND FITS INTO BAG WITHOUT DIFFICULTY.

Awesome product. There are no clips or metal zippers to scratch your laptop. Great for protecting your laptop while going through Airport Security. A must have for Backpack users.

The items I have purchased from them have been the quality and condition indicated and at a great price. The shipping costs are quite high so make sure you buy enough to justify the shipping costs. Otherwise a good company to deal with and I would highly recommend them.
