I contacted the seller, & after a few back & forth e-mail communication, they send me a 2nd battery, again dated 2006 & not in original packaging. They claim that "new" means "never been used"... my 1st battery was all scratched & 2006 is not what I call "new".
After I submitted this review, I rcvd multiple e-mails from the seller asking me to change my rating... sorry, a fair (3) rating is all that can be given to a 2006 product, in 2009. Please change your advertisement to show the age of the product as the current one is misleading.
