I got this case when I got my iphone because it is super tough and it has a holster. The iphone went from the package to the case; no dust. I lost my 3Gs after 3 weeks having this case it fell out of the holster on a worksite. After scrambling around like a crazy person for 3 hours trying to find it and having people call it; It went to voicemail directly; I knew it was gone :(. Immediately went to AT&T and got a new one for $$$ but at least I have my iphone back. Save yourself the trouble.

I am a clumsy person and have dropped my phone numerous times. Thankfully, I have the otterbox to protect it. It is completely protected, and even when I dropped it in the rain--it was ok. I scratched the screen the second day I got the iPhone, but thankfully received the otterbox the next day and have had no further problems. The only issue I have (which seems to be everyone's complaint) is that the between the screen and the barrier it causes an oil slick looking thing. It makes it seem dirty and that really bothers me. It is worth that minor inconvenience for the amazing protection the phone has. My husband got an iPhone recently and also bought one. I have pink (bright, bubblegum pink) and he has black.

I bought this product in order to use my iphone without worry on the beach all summer. It lived up to my expectations and more. I can toss my phone in my bag answer it without worry when it is wet outside and generally use my iphone without concern. This product is truly durable and I appreciate that all the ports are well sealed shut. It isn't pretty and it adds a little weight, but to me that is a worthwhile trade-off for the added protection.

The only negative for me was as follows: I have a Griffin car charger that will not fit into the charging port. The plastic casing on the otterbox is slightly too tight for the Griffin to fit in. All Apple accessories fit fine, so charging is not a concern. However, I have lost the ability to charge in the car without taking the whole case off.

If you are looking for outstanding protection for your phone, and don't mind compromising a little on the sleek look of the iphone, this is the case for you.

I purchased my otterbox from at&t and yes THAT WATERMARK between my phone and the case was a pain in the you know what. Moving forward I finally contacted Otterbox for a solution in which I'm posting for you guys to READ and follow, trust and believe me it really works just follow the instructions.

I am going to give you a few different solutions and one of them is different, but has been known to work.

Take the phone out of the case. You will want your hands to be clean, but not just washed. You want to take the palm of your hand and press it lightly on the front panel of the otterbox (the part that would touch the phone). It seems like there might be finger prints that would show on the screen of your phone, but they do not. The natural oils of your skin should help with the oil/bubble look on your screen. 2. To remove the "oil spill" look on your iPhone 3G's screen, follow these simple directions:

1) Fill a glass with about 10oz of water.
2) Put ONE DROP of dish soap into the water and stir.
3) Dip the tip of your finger into the water solution and then rub just a LITTLE on the screen of your device. Remove any excess water.
4) Place your OtterBox onto the device and smooth out the bubbles by GENTLY rubbing a credit card over the top of the screen.

If you follow these directions, you should completely get rid of the "oil spill". Some people have said that simply rubbing your finger on the inside of the screen membrane works as well. Doing this and then smoothing out the screen with a credit card is another option.

This is the best case I have seen! By looking at the pictures I was nervous it would be too bulky but it really isn't! Yes it adds a little bulk but not much more than your typical case. But with this case you get SO much more than your typical case! My kids LOVE to play with my phone! So I sought out a durable case to protect my investment! This was the only one I found that makes me comfortable letting my kids play with it whenever and where ever! I wanted a case that had a protective screen and not just a sticker one like you see all over. This case is amazing and so durable! I recommend it to everyone! Amazing!
