The colors are great and a great value. The black cartridge I received does not work in my Brother MFC-490CM. I suspect it has something to do with size. In my printer the black brother cartridge is bigger than the colored ones, but in the package, the black was the same size as all the other colors. The cartridge snaps in, and the printer gets ready, but it does not draw any ink from it.

I was somewhat leary of purchasing this product due to it not being manufactured by Brother, but the price was better than anything I could have purchased in a store locally, even with the cost of shipping included. And these cartridges have worked great.

Cartridges arrived days before promised.
Print quality is same as Brother brand.
Cost is more than 50% of name brand.
I will purchase all ink from this vendor!

I've had to replace all the ink cartridges - tried one at a time but after the first changes (black & yellow) the rest were hungry too :)

Is OK - all the cartridges worked fine. Good color & the printer had no problems with them.

I received these cartridges in a timely manner and they work great- at a fraction of the price of the name brand.
