If only it worked

Easy to use, good sound quality, nice size.
And then the volume control stopped working. Regardless which control (manual or remote) I use, the volume won't increase or decrease--it's stuck as is. Reading the reviews here, I see that my problem is not unique.

Only problem with unit is matching up the Ipod inserts supplied with unit. The inserts are numbered, but nowhere in the manual is that number associated with the specific Ipod/Iphone.
Would recommend unit and Electronic Expo to my friends.

I had to return the first one I purchased, it simply stopped working one day, mid-song. The second one hasn't crashed on me yet (I've had it for a month) but sometimes, the down volume control turns the sound up, which can be frustrating. It's also kind of touchy---the on/off switch sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Just a quirky, glitchy item. If it weren't for the features it offers and the sound quality, I'd call it a lemon.

As it turns out this was the right choice for me. Although you can turn up the volume quite high, it does start to get a little distorted. My only real dislike is the battery life is only 3 hours, and the fittings for the various types of idpods are not labeled which was kind of annoying when you are switching ipods around. You know how when you are having a gathering everyone wants you to hear a song on their ipod!
Overall, I like it. Especially since its compact enough to travel with... It fits neatly in my lap top case.

Perfect!!
