Most of the items shipped were usable, except for the car charger, which didn't fit into the USB port of the iPod Nano and is USELESS. The vendor sent a replacement--about a month after it was promised, and I had to warn them first that I wouldn't be able to recommend them in my review if they didn't--but the replacement didn't fit either. I then asked for a refund instead of a replacement for that item, but received no response--of course.

None of these products is made by Apple, so the life of any operational item like the Car Charger, Travel Charger, and USB cable is dubious, at best. The only item I would recommend in this package is the leather case and screen protector kit: no surprises there.

Of course, with each shipment came their admonition that I give them an "excellent" rating. Yeah, right.
Poor service + defective product = unfavorable rating.

This is a good quality product. fit's like a glove and provides you with 3 hook ups to charge, (electrical outlet, car charger, USB charger). perfect if you travel a lot and never know where, or what country you will be in and need to charge. The belt clip rotates so you can position the Ipod up/down/sideways and it stays put. The neck Strap is a nice extra as well.

A great buy for the necessary items for an IPOD. All items in perfect condition.
