Good reliable phone
(5 out of 5) by B. Brothers on Dec 3, 2008 (Chicagoland)We have had this phone system for about 15 months now. We have been very happy with it. Sound quality is good both incoming and outgoing. It is very easy to use. We especially like the speaker phone feature, as well as the intercom feature. The lighted keypad is a nice plus. It will go days without needing a recharge.
When you save a phone number into it's directory it automatically synchronizes it with the other handsets. If I answer the phone in the basement, and the call is for my wife upstairs, I can transfer it so that the upstairs handsets start ringing. Very nice.
It's got pretty good range. I can take the phone all the way down the 300 foot driveway and still talk on the phone. Beyond 300 feet it starts to get a little scratchy.
We don't use the answering machine because we have voice mail so I can't comment on it other than it seems to work just fine.
If something happened to this phone, I would replace it with the same exact model.

I really like this phone set

When I enter a number into the memory..all the phones have that info. So when I want to call someone I know the number will be in every phone I use. I also like the speaker phone & the intercom. I would buy this phone again & am looking to expand the system. Great phone system. I don't use the answering system so I can't commment on it.
