I can't tell if this is good printer ink because the seller sent me two of one color and none of another, and my printer won't print unless all cartridges are present. After three ignored emails and three weeks, I decided that the seller was not that concerned with correcting this problem. It's really too bad that I can't give them less than one star...

I've purchased this replacement ink catridge set for my HP Photosmart D7360. I've always used genuine HP ink products. However, I really needed to save some ink cost since I prints lots of pictures for my kid. I was bit hesitant to purchase this but I am very happy I did. Printer didn't have any issue recognizing the new ink catridge and I couldn't tell any difference in both text and picture printing. Both print quality is excellent. And of course, price is amazing. 77,Inc. were excellent in fast delivery and prompt communication.

I purchased this 6 pack ink cartridge online thinking that I was getting a bargain, but I was wrong. The product arrived fairly quickly, so, I installed all six cartridges, but my printer showed the ink level for the yellow and the Cayen as being very low, almost empty. The other cartridges however were full to the top. Unfortunately, I was going out of town shortly thereafter I was not able to call the supplier to make a formal complaint, so I let it go until today when Amazon.com sent me an email asking me to review this product and provide some feedback. I am not in the position to point fingers at anyone at the the supplier level, but my feeling is that those two ink cartridges I described above may have been from an old stock so the company decided to sell them cheaply just to get them off the shelf. Now, you be the jhudge. Thanks.

Works perfectly. Consider that you're not only paying a fraction of the price, you're also getting over twice the ink of the HP multipack. I am very happy with this ink.

Also, an earlier review said that this didn't fit their HP C5180. I own that printer, and these fit perfectly for me.

I purchased this set of 6 cartridges. They arrived less than 48 hours after my order was placed. The printer recognised the cartridges with no problem. I have several HP printers and generally use HP inks. I compared the print quality, even on photos, and can see no difference. No time to tell yet about ink fade over time, but for general use printing and the framed snapshots, etc., this is a good ink and at a price that cannot be beat. I will definatly purchase this ink from this seller again.
