I'll be brief. I'm a pretty huge fan of music, more than just about anyone I know so my expectations may be a bit higher than many. That being said, I bought these despite the reviewers who claimed the high end was muddy, not very clear and the bass was ok because so many other people reviewed it and gave it good ratings - and - the price was right at the time.
However, I should have listened to the more critical reviews because they were dead on. I let them burn in over the weekend and then tried them out for a while. While they fit well and I've had no problems with the quality the hardware, the high end sound is very poor. It is muddied and there's a very big difference between the very nice set I have at work and these earbuds that I use when I'm at the gym most nights. The bass is fair, but doesn't blow me out of the water.
If you care about sound quality at all, I'd stay away from these. (Ok, that ended up being not so brief, sorry.)

A step up from Apple's headphones
These headphones a very comfortable once you get them in your ear and has fairly decent sound quality. But anyone who has the Apple headphones should defintitley pick up a pair of these due to the fact of how much more comfortable these ones are and the price is extremely fair for what you're getting.
Economical Earbuds
Got these to wear under my motorcycle helmet. They fit pretty well underneath, and the sound is good. I didn't need anything expensive, just like my music while I'm riding! Use them with my MP3 and I have no complaints. The cords are long enough not to get tangled in my jacket and I love the selection of colors!
No Base and not loud enough
Well I did some research about upgrading to a higher quality of earbuds. I saw all the great reviews on the JLabs J2 so I figured I would give it a try. I have to say that I am very disappointed. Maybe my pair is broke because I have no base and all treble. They aren't even that loud, I have to blast my ipod nano all the way just to get decent sound, but again no base. I may try the J3 instead but I'm not sure after these not working out if I want to spend more money.
