I bought this to replace factory radio of 2001 Eclipse.
Installation was pretty straight forward. Its just unfortunate that eclipse come with pos amp. After removing the seat the carpet and factory amp I had to trace back the wiring to the speakers. Spliced everything together... and wow my car stereo never sounded better.
Only thing I don't like is that I have to remove the faceplate to put in sd card. Other then that this has everything you could ever want in a head unit.

Tricky menus
I'll start by saying I am very happy with this car stereo. However, the stereo has a volume default that it goes back to after it is shut off. Figuring out the menus and how to change the default was tricky, and I ended up calling the manufacture a couple of times before I finally figured it out on my own. You can select the volume you want and push the set button, but only when you are in the menu, not just using the unit. And there is more than one menu. I'm still learning about this product, but it does appear that it will meet my needs. One other snafu is that the usb cover can not open all the way in my vehicle, it hits the pocket underneath. So, if I ever have a need to use the usb, I'll probably have to break the cover off, which I'm not pleased about. Still, that is a minor concern when the stereo has so many other pluses.
Very good radio.
Very nice radio. Enjoy the features, using the SD card slot, usb port, and mp3 cds, you can have endless amounts of music with you at all times. All features work very well, the bluetooth is excellent and the mic picks up conversations exceptionally well. Rate this very high, we bought another for my "friends" truck.
