My setup is two types of OTA antennas combined then amplified in the attic. This gives me a pretty good signal in the comm closet downstairs where I installed this little wonder. It gives me an excellent (near perfect) signal to 4 tuners, in the form of two HDHomeRuns. The only negative thing to say about it, which was not an issue for me, was that it doesn't include coaxial cable to go between the AC Adapter & the device, for amplification. I custom cut my cable, so this was a non issue, but I thought I would mention it. It it a quality build and performs as expected.

I run a 50 foot cable from OTA Channel Master antenna on the roof into the basement and split into two cable runs (to my TVs) of about 50 feet each without any loss. Without the amplifier I was loosing about half the strength (of the weakest channel) as result of the split. The instructions don't mention if it's possible to mount the amplifier outdoors exposed to the rain and snow; subtracted one star for that.

i have this set up now in our new home using all 4 splits and the signals to each source are all great. i think my internet connection may actually be faster! the hd reception is gorgeous on the tv. no complaints here.

I bought this item recently and replaced another TV signal booster. With the old set up I got some HD channels intermittently. Now, I get them all, all the time. I wholeheartedly recommend this item. I have it hooked up to my HDTV, Cable Box and Singbox and all of them get better reception now.

I have a Sharp 37" HDTV and my cable in my new house, build 1970, was not getting the free HDTV channels like my old house got. I added this amplifier and now i get all the free HDTV channels, about 8 or so. Great product!!
